We will then send you a six-digit code, which must be entered into the designated fields. Once verified, you will be automatically redirected to the “Orders” and “Profile” page, where your ordered products will be displayed. Click the “Request Return” button below the relevant product(s). A form will then appear where you must select the reason for the return and click the “Request Return” button again.

Alternatively, provide the following information and attach this form to the returned product!

Please note, that the customer does not have the right of cancellation in the case of a product which CLOTH'EL has made on the basis of the customer's instructions or at the customer's express request, or which is clearly personalized for the customer, or in the case of a product in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening after delivery for health or hygiene reasons. In addition, the customer does not have the right of cancellation regarding products on sale or purchased with a discount code, and for gift cards.
